STEP Internship Winter '23
What is STep internship?
Samahang Teaching Through Experience Program (STEP) is SPEAR's internship program, which provides a welcoming space for students to understand how identity and culture play a role in personal and community retention. Interns will understand the barriers to retention, trends of communities, and how SPEAR (Samahang Pilipino Education and Retention) addresses retention difficulties through its different components.
